The new range of Brava antifoulings, compliant with the BPR (biocidal product regulation), has been developed to guarantee the best antifouling performance on boats that stay mostly in warm seas like the Mediterranean.
Copper-free antifouling, hard matrix, for boats with speed up to 50 knots.
It is also suitable for aluminum boats and metal parts (propellers, stern drives and flaps).
HIGH PERFORMANCE SELFPOLISHING ANTIFOULING
Selfpolishing copper-based antifouling (copper-free in Extra White), with high antifouling performance. Suitable for all kind of boats with speed up to 35 knots. In Extra White is suitable for aluminum and metal parts.

Extremely elastic antifouling paint, designed for rubber dinghies and resistant to sea water erosion.
It is applied directly to rubber, pvc, and hypalon after smoothing and washing with detergents to remove impurities.

Special antifouling for best protection of stern drives and propellers.
Adheres to old antifoulings or after applying Primer Per Eliche.

The choice of antifouling
The antifouling must be chosen based on the cruising speed of the boat and the material with which it is built.
All Brava antifoulings can be applied on wooden or plastic hulls, applying the appropriate primer where necessary.
A copper-free antifouling must be applied to aluminum or light alloy hulls.
Iron hulls are also subject to galvanic currents, however to a lesser extent:
it is therefore possible to apply copper-based antifoulings as long as an anticorrosive and insulating cycle is previously applied
HIGH TEMPERATURE ENAMEL
Anticorrosive and protective paint, silicone resin based, for metals, with a resistance to very high temperatures: 600° C. for alluminium type, 450 C. for black and 400° C. for the other colours. Suitabie for engines and pots of cars and boats but also for stoves and burner.
ROYAL RYLARD has been developed for fibreglass yachts and adheres directly to an adequately cleaned and degreased gel-coat. Two pack polyurethane enamel, with high gloss retention and good resistance to the marine environment. It can be applied either by spray or brush, given its flow characteristics.
HIGH QUALITY MARINE ENAMEL
SUPERSMALTO is a top quality one-component enamel with outstanding flow and gloss.
Excellent whiteness. Special top coat for yacht topsides and decks.
Rubber boats enamel extremely elastic and resistant to corrosive agentìs of sea water. Directly applicable on rubber, PVC, hypalon after smoothing and washing.
EPOXY TWO PACK WATERBASED ENAMEL FOR FLOORS
Royal Garage is a water based two-component epoxy semigloss enamel, suitable for finishing of concrete and tiled floors, walls, wall tiles, bathtubs, shower, etc. It is easy to clean, has an excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, washings with chemical detergents, oils and gasoline, etc.
It has strong adhesion and applies to all materials with no need of primer.
One or two-component finishes
For the finishing of fiberglass sides, the two-component cycle is certainly to be recommended.
This cycle ensures absolute best results in terms of hardness, lucidity, duration and resistance of the paint film.
The single-component cycle is to be suggested on wooden boats due to elasticity properties.

TUNG AND LINSEED OIL WOOD PRIMER FOR EXTERIOR WOOD.
It forms a long-lasting waterproofing barrier and, if used in two or three coats, is a fantastic finishing.
It is particularly indicated for yacht application or for the protection of wood near the sea or in mountain.

Painting the wood
For the painting of traditional wood boats, the application of one-component oil-based paints is undoubtedly the best choice for its unsurpassed characteristics of elasticity, resistance and aesthetic qualities.
The number of coats to be applied is very important: from 5 to 8 coats, according to the absorption of the wood, are suggested.
TEAK CLEANER & BRIGHTNER
SBIANCANTE restores old teak, removing the grey colour without having to resort to sanding. Is safe for use on caulking, as well as fibreglass, plastic, paint and varnish, and wood.

TEAK OIL WATER BASED
OLIO PER TEAK SENZA SOLVENTI is a teak treatment, hydrocarbons solvent free, to replace natural oils removed by weathering. It is a special blend to be used on unpainted wood surfaces indoors and outdoors, or on old varnished wood to renew the surface.
TEAK OIL JOJOBA BASED
TEAK OIL is based on JOJOBA oil, a natural oil with exceptional penetration and waterproofing properties. Up to now it was only used in top class cosmetic compositions. TEAK OIL penetrates in wood fibers, does not create a film, so the surface remains clean and non slippery, but protected from weather and dust. Being a natural oil it does not affect other materials such as painted surfaces, metals, gel-coat etc.
EPOXY PRIMER FOR METALS
First anti-corrosive high-adhesion coat for aluminium, steel and bronze. Used as a first coat in two-pack epoxy systems (keel, aluminium or steel hulls).
Primer Per Eliche
PRIMER FOR PROPELLERS, STERN DRIVES AND FLAPS
PRIMER ELICHE is the first coat to be applied on propeller and stern drive before applying the antifouling. It must be applied before the antifouling even on the original enamel of the stern-drive.
ZINC BASED METAL PRIMER
A quick drying high performance zinc metal primer. to be used on all ferrous metals, as better through hardening than traditional oil based red lead primer. Overcoating is possible with all kind of enamel. Grey.
PRIMER FOR FIBERGLASS
Primer to be applied on new fiberglass (and on two pack barrier coats). Used to improve adhesion of antifouling paint on gel-coat or on epoxy barrier coats such as anti-osmosis RESINA EPOSSIDICA .
CHLORINATED RUBBER BARRIER COAT
This barrier coat owing to its thickness is suitable for wood and metals.
Another important use of this product is to seal of old antifouling paints.
EPOXY TWO PACK BARRIER COAT
Two pack epoxy barrier coat with high waterproofing power. Can be used on all types of material over the suggested primer. Apply by roller, brush or spray.
POLYURETHANE TWO PACK BARRIER COAT
Used with polyurethane or polyurethane/epoxy paint systems, such as ROYAL RYLARD, to eliminate small imperfection before finishing. It has the advantage of being white and easy to sand. The main advantage lies in its strong coverage which allows a white surface on which the enamel can be applied (leaving no "filling" marks etc.).
ONE PACK UNDERCOAT
Used with monocompound paint systems, such as SUPERSMALTO RYLARD, to eliminate small imperfection before finishing. It has the advantage of being white and easy to sand.
TWO PACK EPOXY FILLER
Two pack epoxy filler used for the repair of small and midum imperfections above and below the waterline. It is easy to sand and easy to cover with subsequent coats.
TWO PACK ULTRA-LIGHT EPOXY FILLER
Two-pack ultra-light epoxy filler, specific gravity 0,78 g/lt., used for the repair of medium and large imperfections below the waterline. It is easy to sand and, given its specific weight, can be applied in large quantities without weighing down the hull.

Sinthetic air dry filler made with alkid resin and drying oils, with high adhesivity, elasticity and filling power.
Suitable for wood and metals, outdoor resistant, is usable on boats and window frames
SOLVENT FREE EPOXY COMPOUND
Two pack clear solventless barrier coat used for repair work or to prevent osmosis on fibreglass hulls and to restore or protect wood in a marine environment. Being solventfree, it enables greater thickness, very good adhesion and high resistance to humidity.
SOLVENT FREE EPOXY COMPOUND
EPOFIBRA is a solvent -free epoxy -resin, with a fluidity such as to penetrate deeply into wood fibre.
Resina epossidica liquida is used in order to reconsolidate damaged woods or to waterproof and to protect new wood both above and below waterline.
Polyester resin and catalyst to repair any kind of damages on plastic, wood, metals. It is usable on yachts, wind-surfes, cars, campers and caravans, roofs, verandas and so on.
Treatment and prevention of osmosis
When the water manages to pass the layer of the gel-coat and penetrates the laminate, the problem of osmosis arises. Osmosis occurs with bubbles up to 20 millimeters in diameter, filled with a liquid with a strong acid smell.
Indispensable is to show the boat to a specialist who can judge if you are really in the presence of osmosis and if it is appropriate to intervene immediately or not.
Fibra di vetro
Glass fiber MAT, of weight, 450 g / m2., Composed of glass fiber threads arranged homogeneously but with random orientation, to be used with POLYESTER RESIN to repair leaks, breakthroughs or corrosion on any surface (iron , plastic, wood or any other material) recreating a resistant layer of fiberglass.

WATER BASED ANTIFOULING REMOVER
It helps removing antifouling paints from the bottom of your boat without damage for gel-coat. This product is based on harmless solventfree raw materials.
To be added to ROYAL RYLARD, or to other product, giving it antiskid properties. According to need a quantity ranging front 2% to 7% in weight is to be added, after mixing base and curing.
POLYESTER RAPAIR KIT
Very practical "do it yourself" kit, composed by a tin of polyester resin, catalyst, a sheet of fibre-glass and a little brush, to repair any kind of damages on plastic, wood, metals.
It is usable on yachts, wind-surfes, cars, campers and caravans, roofs, verandas and so on.
